Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 1 2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Dissolve
Jell-O
in
the hot water.
Add the pineapple juice. Cool
until
it
starts to thicken; then add the cream cheese and blend with beater.
Add the whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
