Betty'S Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
6 to 8 oz. cheese (I use Velveeta)
4 c. potatoes
Preparation

Melt margarine; add flour and salt.
Stir until well blended. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Add cheese (cut in chunks) and continue to stir until melted.
Cook potatoes until tender (I slice 1/4-inch thick).
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with cheese sauce and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until browned.
