Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart baking dish, layer a third of potatoes. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle a third over potatoes. Top with third of onion.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Pour a third over onions.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
    Makes about 8 servings.
