Weight Watchers Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. beef chuck, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. onions, quartered
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wide noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Broil meat on rack 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles in heavy skillet.
    Simmer, covered, for 2 hours until meat is tender.
    Stir in noodles. Makes 2 portions.
