Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 Tbsp. oleo
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 cans pumpkin (16 oz.)
4 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a greased 10 x 13-inch oblong pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a silver knife that's been inserted in the middle comes out clean. You need no crust for this one.
