Coconut Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) nonfat sour cream
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
    grapes, strawberries, melon, fresh pineapple, apples or other fruit
Preparation
    In a blender or mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Mix for 1 minute or until smooth.
    Serve with fruit.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yield: 2 cups.
