Bacon-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 crust 10-inch pie
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    salt (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss
    6 crisp bacon strips, crumbled
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly brown.
    Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth.
    Gradually add this to eggs; mix well.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add onions and remaining ingredients to cheese mixture.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
