Betsy'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a 12-inch skillet and put it in a 400\u00b0 oven to heat while mixing the ingredients together.
