Cottage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
4 carrots, sliced
6 potatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. beef stock
1/4 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 bay leaf
parsley
thyme
Preparation
-
Saute onions, garlic and beef 10 minutes.
Add carrots, tomato paste, herbs and stocks.
Salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and simmer about 20 minutes until carrots are tender.
Discard bay leaf.
Keep warm.
