Parmesan Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and beat for 2 to 3 minutes with a wire whisk, blending well.
    Pour into a pint jar.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using. Shake well before serving.
