Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. yellow eye beans
    6 tsp. dry mustard
    3 tsp. pepper
    5 tsp. salt
    3 c. molasses
    3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash beans.
    Soak beans overnight or parboil.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Serves 125 people.
