Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into a loaf.
    Put in a loaf pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 60 to 90 minutes at 300\u00b0.
