Baked "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. long saltine crackers
    1 stick margarine
    garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Skin chicken breasts. Melt margarine; set aside. Crush crackers. Roll chicken breasts in melted margarine, then in cracker crumbs. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and sprinkle with garlic salt, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about an hour. If breasts are large, it may take a little longer than an hour.
