Sweet Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 prunes
1/3 c. rice
1 c. raisins
1 stick cinnamon
1 orange, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 can fruit cocktail
2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Cut desired amounts of beef, mutton or lamb flanks into 9 x 7-inch pieces.
On each place smaller pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and layer with chopped salted onions.
Roll jelly roll-like and sew each roll firmly with cord, leaving one end open.
Using edge of spoon (wooden) stuff with onions until roll is full.
Sew open end closing it.
Boil in salted water until done. Then remove from kettle and put in press for several hours.
