Crawfish Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish
    1 stick butter
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    Tony Chachere to season
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add crawfish and saute 10 to 15 minutes.
    Melt cream cheese; add whipping cream and seasoning to taste.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
