Pepperoni Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
grated Parmesan cheese
2 medium green peppers, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano leaf, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook pasta.
Heat oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, pepperoni and peppers and cook 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, oregano and salt; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover during the last minute to thicken sauce.
Drain pasta and serve with sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
