Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stick butter
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and carrot.
    Drain.
    Add other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
