Chicketti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bone, skin, cook and cube chicken breasts.
Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Mix mushrooms, soup, sour cream, water chestnuts and spaghetti together.
Place in casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Freezes well.
Makes 8 servings.
