Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 rounded Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 pt. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; slowly blend in half and half.
    Cook until it thickens in a double boiler.
    Add vanilla and margarine. After margarine melts and stirs in, pour immediately into previously baked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Return to 325\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
