Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yellow squash
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    8 saltine crackers
    4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain.
    Mix all ingredients except a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
