Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts, uncooked
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes; drain all water off potatoes.
    Add sugar and butter; mash potatoes.
    Mix sugar and butter.
    Stir evaporated milk in.
    Add spices.
    Beat eggs and stir into pie mix.
    Pour into pie crusts.
