Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 oz. water (only if needed to blend cottage cheese)
    2 packets diet sweetener
    12 Melba toast
Preparation
    Crust:
    Place Melba toast in blender.
    Make crumbs and put them in pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and diet sweetener.
