Peanut Butter Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/4 c. peanut butter, divided
    4 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), at room temperature
    1/4 c. sour cream
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    peanut butter and peanut brittle for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat 9-inch spring-form pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    For crust:
    In bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup peanut butter.
    Press onto bottom and 3/4 way up sides of pan; freeze 15 minutes.
