Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 bell pepper, cut fine
    2 stalks shallots, cut fine
    1 stalk celery, cut fine
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    Tony's seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Saute seasonings (onions, bell peppers, shallots and celery) in butter. Add soup and stir until creamy. Add 1 pound crawfish tails. Cook on medium to low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
