Horton'S Hot Chokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes
    1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
    1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat not as good)
Preparation
    Drain and mash artichokes; blend with cheese and mayo.
    Fill a small baking dish or quiche dish.
    Bake 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers (Triscuits are great).
