Pasta Spaghetti Carbonaralla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. butter, creamed
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 slices bacon or 3 slices ham, chopped and cooked
1/4 lb. mild Italian pork sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 Tbsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 c. heavy cream
extra grated cheese
1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation

Set aside butter, eggs and cheese in separate bowls at room temperature.
Mix cooked meats and cream; heat to simmer and keep warm.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Put in heated serving bowl.
Stir in butter, parsley, pepper and cheese.
Stir in meat and cream mixture.
Stir in eggs.
Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve with extra cheese.
Serves 4.
