Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. dried onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Allow cheese and sausage to warm to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Shape into small balls, slightly larger than bite size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until browned.
    Use cookie sheet with raised edges so fat doesn't run off!
