Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    dash of cinnamon
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix pulp, sugar, cinnamon, soda, eggs, baking powder and butter.
    Add milk and flour alternately to the mixture.
    Mix well. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When pudding is done, pour the following sauce over while still warm.
    Nuts may be added to sauce, if desired.
