Lemon Creme Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix
    1/2 c. oats
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick butter
    1 can condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large glass bowl, melt butter 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Combine oats, frosting mix, flour and baking powder with butter.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Press 2/3 mixture into glass cake pan.
    Combine condensed milk, peel and juice.
    Pour over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Cook on SIMMER for 7 minutes and HIGH for 3-4 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
    Better after refrigeration.
