Vicki'S Sauerkraut And Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, broken in small pieces
    milk (small amount)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 diced onion
    salt and pepper
    1 pt. sauerkraut
    1 c. tomatoes or 1 can (approximately 8 to 10 oz.)*
Preparation
    *I blend my tomatoes into a juice.
