Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 pkg. chicken liver and gizzards
    1 medium onion
    1 stalk celery (optional)
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 green onions
    1/2 lb. pork sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Boil the liver and gizzards in a pot of water with the bouillon cubes until tender.
    When cool, chop the meat into small pieces and save the liquid.
    Cook the rice with a little less water than you usually use, being careful not to overcook.
