Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Beat shortening and peanut butter. Add sugar and brown sugar. Beat well. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to peanut butter mix. Shape dough into balls. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place Kisses on top of each cookie.
