Vegetable Medley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded or diced cheese
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    croutons or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, soup, cheese and yogurt; pour in 1-quart casserole.
    Top with croutons.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes longer.
