4 eggs (beat slightly)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
