That Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. apples, grated coarsely
2 prepared 9-inch pie crusts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Add eggs, butter and vanilla extract then fold in the apples.
Pour mixture into pie crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes more or until done.
COOL COMPLETELY and serve.
Yield:
12 to 16 servings.
