Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium or 1 large green tomato
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    onion salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut tomatoes in 1/2-inch slices.
    Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion salt on slices.
    Cover in flour one at a time.
    Put 1 1/2 cups of oil in frypan on medium-high heat.
    Fry tomatoes, turning once.
    Brown lightly.
    Drain on paper towel or brown paper bag.
