Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. strawberry jam
    1 c. broken nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine jam and sour cream.
    Add to creamed mixture, alternating with dry ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Divide into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Can be baked in 5 little pans or 3 medium pans.
