Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
    Gradually mix in granulated sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake 13 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Bake on second shelf level from top.
    Turn out onto towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Start rolling at small end, towel and cake together.
    Cool. Unroll and spread with filling.
