Onion Cauliflower Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen onions (in cream sauce)
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 c. canned French fried onions, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
    Prepare creamed onions according to package directions:
    In saucepan place 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons butter and the 2 packages of frozen onions. Cover and bring to boiling over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; stir in cheese, almonds and parsley.
    Place in casserole dish and top with onions.
    Bake until done.
