Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken cutlets
flour
pepper
garlic
salt
1 stick butter
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Mix flour, pepper, salt and garlic; dip chicken cutlets. Brown to a golden color in butter.
Put in a warm dish.
