Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry sherry
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix ingredients and add chicken.
Marinate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Broil chicken 10 to 20 minutes on broiler tray far enough from heat to prevent marinade from caramelizing.
