Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 large red pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 large green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vinegar; add rest of ingredients and stir. Let stand for 2 days.
    Keeps indefinitely.
