Classic Sour Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs or ready-made graham cracker crust
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed cream/milk
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly in a 9-inch pie pan.
Blend cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
Add sweet cream and blend until smooth.
Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into pie pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool, chill and garnish as desired.
