Broccoli-Ham-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 c. ham, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
Preparation

Cook 1 cup rice with the chicken broth.
Set aside.
\"This will make 2 cups cooked rice.\"
In large skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter.
Add onion, celery, broccoli, mushrooms and chestnuts.
Cook until tender.
Add rest of ingredients.
Put in large casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
