Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. canned tomatoes in juice (cut)
    1 c. chopped celery with leaves
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. sliced olives or 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all
    in
    saucepan and boil.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour. Do not stir unnecessarily.
    Place, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven to lightly brown top.
    Serves 3 to 4.
