Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/3 c. reduce calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, pepper, onions, cheese and pimento in a large bowl; toss lightly to mix.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce (Tabasco); add this to the chicken mixture (mix gently, but well).
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine bread crumbs and oleo.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until thoroughly heated.
Serves 4.
