Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. onions
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients except oleo.
Mix well and form into 48 small balls. Brown in oleo.
Add water to simmer.
Cover and cook about 15 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
