Cheese Souffle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    3 eggs
    butter (for bread)
Preparation
    Butter bread.
    Place in stack and cut into slices, then in cubes.
    Place layer of bread in baking dish.
    Add layer of grated cheese, another layer of bread cubes and another layer of cheese. Add eggs and milk, mixed well with seasonings.
    Pour all over bread.
    Let stand overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes. It rises high and fluffy.
