Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 (1 lb.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
1 medium Spanish onion, crushed
2 medium green chili peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. hot chili powder
2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown meat.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer.
(For milder version, omit green chili peppers and cayenne pepper; reduce crushed red pepper by 1 tablespoon and hot chili powder by 1 tablespoon.)
