Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well-beaten
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; combine eggs, oil and mashed bananas; add to dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth, fold in nuts.
    Bake in oiled loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing.
